Our Exterior Painting Process
1. Inspect. We walk around your home and look for peeling paint, bare wood and signs of rot.
2. Repair. Rotted trim, sills and clapboards are repaired or replaced by our own carpentry team before any paint goes on.
3. Prepare. We wash, scrape, sand, caulk and prime so the new paint bonds well and lasts.
4. Paint. We apply quality exterior paint suited to coastal conditions, with clean lines on trim and details.
5. Clean up. We protect your plants and walkways, clean up every day and do a final walk-through with you.
